“Our students spend years paying back debts from higher education institutions that are oftentimes recklessly spending their money without any sort of accountability. Bad actors steal student aid funds and never pay them back—meanwhile actual students pay the price when they aren’t allowed to take the courses needed to graduate. This bill creates much needed oversight that puts the student and taxpayer first and holds our universities accountable.”

“It’s increasingly clear that the Radical Left doesn’t believe in law and order and will do anything to stop the law from being enforced. We’ve seen repeated attacks on our brave law enforcement officers, including the ICE agents who are carrying out President Trump’s agenda to remove illegal criminals. Revealing officers’ personal locations—whether they’re on duty or not—is extremely dangerous to their safety. If you do anything to put a law enforcement officer in harm’s way, your butt needs to be thrown in jail. As we recognize National Police Week this week, I’m proud to join the BLUE Act with Sen. Rick Scott to further protect those who put their lives on the line to keep us safe.”

“I’m glad to see the Trump administration is working overtime to deport the millions of criminals who came here illegally during the Biden administration. But we also need to remove the incentives that are encouraging people who hate this country to come here in the first place. Under Joe Biden and Kamala Harris, thousands of terrorists, drug dealers, and criminals were welcomed into the United States with open arms. Unsurprisingly, too many of these illegals are now seeking to harm American citizens and destroy our way of life. Enough is enough. Coming to this country is a privilege, not a right. If you hate this country and refuse to assimilate, we do not want you here.”
Sen. Tuberville has repeatedly said that coming to the United States is a privilege, not a right, and that U.S. immigration policy should prioritize those who respect our laws, support themselves, contribute to our economy, and assimilate to American culture and values. “ I’m glad to see the Trump administration is working overtime to deport the millions of criminals who came here illegally during the Biden administration,” Sen.
